How activation works
When should I activate my eSIM?
You can install the eSIM profile as soon as you receive it, but we recommend activating data only once you land at your destination so your validity period isn't used up early.
Is my phone compatible with eSIM?
Most phones from 2018 onward support eSIM, including iPhone XS and later, and most recent Samsung, Google Pixel, and Huawei devices. Check your phone's settings under Mobile/Cellular for an 'Add eSIM' option to confirm.
Can I top up my data if I run out?
Yes — supported plans let you buy more data from your account without needing a new eSIM, so you stay connected for the rest of your trip.
