Is my phone compatible with eSIM?
Most phones from 2018 onward support eSIM, including iPhone XS and later, and most recent Samsung, Google Pixel, and Huawei devices. Check your phone's settings under Mobile/Cellular for an 'Add eSIM' option to confirm.
When should I activate my eSIM?
You can install the eSIM profile as soon as you receive it, but we recommend activating data only once you land at your destination so your validity period isn't used up early.
Can I top up my data if I run out?
Yes — supported plans let you buy more data from your account without needing a new eSIM, so you stay connected for the rest of your trip.
What is your refund policy?
Unused eSIMs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once a plan has been activated or data has been used, it's no longer eligible for a refund.
Which devices are supported?
Ealo eSIMs work on unlocked eSIM-capable phones and tablets. Devices locked to another carrier may not be able to install a second eSIM profile.
