Delete your eAlo account
You can delete your eAlo account here, from any browser. You do not need to install the app.
What gets deleted
- Your account: email address, name, and password.
- Your order history as it appears in the app and on this site.
- Your eSIMs, including any that are still uninstalled. Unused data is not refunded automatically — request a refund first if you want one.
- Your device's push notification registration.
What we have to keep
Records we are legally required to retain — invoices in particular — are kept for the remaining period tax and accounting law requires, and are deleted after that. This matches section 7 of our privacy policy.

This cannot be undone. Your eSIMs stop working and your order history is gone.
