Scan the code you receive by email, or install it from the eAlo app.
Install your eAlo eSIM before or during your trip. Your plan activates once you land and turn on your eSIM.
Most phones from 2018 onward support eSIM, including iPhone XS and later, and most recent Samsung, Google Pixel, and Huawei devices. Check your phone's settings under Mobile/Cellular for an 'Add eSIM' option to confirm.
You can install the eSIM profile as soon as you receive it, but we recommend activating data only once you land at your destination so your validity period isn't used up early.
Unused eSIMs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once a plan has been activated or data has been used, it's no longer eligible for a refund.
eAlo eSIMs work on unlocked eSIM-capable phones and tablets. Devices locked to another carrier may not be able to install a second eSIM profile.
Each eSIM plan is tied to a single device. To connect multiple devices, purchase a separate plan for each one.
